"Incredible location and view from room. So easy to walk into streets and harbour area. Parking isn’t easy, but only a walk down to the port road. Suggested that you don’t attempt to take a car to the door, extremely narrow and cul de sac. Getaria is just wonderful and staying here a special memory."

"Exceptional hotel located just outside of San Sebastián old town, a taxi ride away. The room was lovely but the bathroom awkwardly laid out. We were slightly disappointed by the Michelin starred restaurant. The service felt routine, not special. Although each dish was creative and interesting, at times the presentation and presenter felt tired. Not a 3 star in our opinion."

"We stayed in a triple room, sadly only for one night. We would have been happy to stay much longer. The rooms are modern, airy, smart and quiet. The electric blinds are really effective. Very comfortable beds and decent bathrooms, coffee, TV etc. Super clean. Location is really convenient too for the town and the beach. What sets the Hotel apart is the incredible welcome, service and friendliness. Esti spent a load of time recommending and booking restaurants for us and Pablo let us leave our luggage for the afternoon while we went to the beach. We could not have had a better stay. We loved Zarautz and want to come back and will return to Hotel Zerupe if we can!"
