"Save your money and don't go to this hotel, They don't have any respect for their guests. No one is available at the front desk. There is a power outage every 2 hrs and ac is to old to cool the rooms. It was hot whole night. Also when you open the balcony's door the ac stops working and resets! What a shame and disrespectful. "We booked on expedia, the room we booked and the room that was given on arrival did not match, they have multiple photos of different rooms for the one option which is misguiding. When we arrived we tried to tell the lady about this but it took us a few times for her to understand and then she offered us the room we had originally booked but by this point we were turned off and ended bokking else where. "The hotel was dirty, with dust and cobwebs as we were making our way to the room which was absolutely not fit for use with our 6 month old baby. They crammed a double bed and, a single bed for the baby, into the room which was the size of a postage stamp. No room to be able to move about. This made the room into an oven and the balcony, well I wouldn't call it anything but a ledge. They were not accommodating to move us to another room so we didn't even dare stay there with our baby and left....

"It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed. "

"Only Turkish food, quality was ok but lots of chilli and things I have mever eaten b4 and same everyday. The bar had a choice of beer, pepsi, tango, vodka and gin but they ran out of vodka. Pool was cloudy could not see the bottom. Cockroaches in the room and in 12 visits to Turkey I had never seen one b4.
