"I booked the family room due to the fact that I was travelling with my adult son and needed separate beds. The room was clean and provided 2 beds attached and a 3rd separate bed which suited my needs and also a walk-in shower. The room did not have cell phone charges so I had to ask the front desk for a converter. I liked the old world charm of this property, especially the charming restaurant. Although open for breakfast for 15 Euros pp, the restaurant itself was closed for dining due to not having a cook, I was told. Breakfast was adequate for the 15 Euros with the coffee machine and standard fare. The hotel offered candy and soft drinks for a fee if you needed it, but no coffee kettle in the room. The front desk staff were unable to provide recommendations for a good restaurant in the area and just said to walk into the town. However, just across the street we found the most delicious Italian restaurant, Trattoria Laguna, which I highly recommend for quality food at reasonable prices. This property was easy to find from the train station (about a 15-minute walk with luggage) and it was also an easy short walk to the old town. Overall, a very good stay."
