"Hotel location is perfect! If you have an early flight or just want to be near the airport, this location ticks all the boxes! Hotel is steps from the terminal, and you are also steps from the airport courtyard area where there are shops, a grocery store, restaurant, access to trains/ S Bahn to the city center (about a 30-minute ride). There is also a Christmas Market this time of year, so this made it extra special! Rooms are very clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet is great. Staff at front desk was a bit mixed, some friendly, some just seemed like they were not too happy to be at work, this was the only somewhat negative thing, other than this, everything else was great! "

"The staff at this hotel was bar none, the best I have EVER encountered. They were friendly, hospitable, and really understood what it means to make people comfortable. Boboev and Christian were THE BEST! They went above and beyond! The coffee was free and some of the best I've ever had. The hotel itself was so beautiful. We cannot wait to come back...WITH FRIENDS! "
