"A pet friendly hotel with most kind and helpful staff. When we requested to stay an extra couple of days they struggled with the computer but said - just stay , we will sort the computer out before you go . A great relief ! Will be staying there at Christmas too . By the way - perfect location."

"The room was on the small side but average for amenities. It had a beautiful balcony. The main problem was as soon as I walked in, it smelled of cigarette smoke. The front desk said the property is non-smoking but the previous guest must have broke the rules. I had also asked for a quiet room when I was checking in. "El alojamiento no está del todo mal, pero necesita actualizarse. Las vistas son bonitas, es tranquilo, las camas muy cómodas y el personal amable. Los peros: hay que coger el coche para todo, el horario de la piscina (de 10 a 19), no tiene mucho sentido, los ascensores tardan un siglo en llegar, la nevera no enfría y el aparcamiento es de pago. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación la última noche porque caía agua en el baño de la habitación de arriba y nos compensaron con un desayuno en el buffet....

"Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. "

"The hotel is nice and the staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately there is little open in the area in May and so everything is a drive away. The wind stopped us enjoying the pool and the possibility of going to the beach. The alternate trip to Almeria was good especially the free tour of the Alcazaba in Almeria."
