"In one word: nightmare. I'm still waiting for the host to respond to my request. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I paid in full, and after the host told me she needed the house back, for a personal situation I agreed to help by leaving early. Instead of working with me fairly, she suddenly tripled the price and stopped responding to my messages. At the time, I was in the hospital helping my mom, and doing my best to resolve the situation....

"1. Unclear that the listing was for a separate location, not the hotel location. 2. Communication was not timely and stock messages were sent out asking for information that was already shared. 3. We were asked to let them know when we were 10 minutes away so they would have a person from their company let us in. We did so . Their guy didn't show up for nearly an hour, so we just waited in a lobby, after a security guy took pity on us seeing us waiting outside. 4. No info on wifi password so...
