The villa is built on three levels and has steps both inside the property and on the approach. The property is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or guests requiring step-free access.



The 125 sqm house accommodates up to 8 guests. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus an additional WC, an attractive living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. High ceilings create a bright atmosphere. There is high-speed WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, a television, washing machine, and self check-in.



Step outside to your spectacular terrace with breathtaking 180-degree views of the Mediterranean coastline. The terrace is equipped with dining furniture and sun loungers, making it perfect for sunset drinks and outdoor dining.



You have access to 2 community pools, each a 7-9 minute walk away involving some slopes and steps. The larger infinity pool with spectacular sea views opens mid-June to mid-September, while the smaller panoramic pool typically remains open year-round.



The nearest beach is a 20-minute walk downhill. The uphill return journey is more demanding in the summer heat, particularly with young children. Many guests therefore choose to drive or take a short taxi ride; convenient parking is available near the beach. A car is recommended and parking is available in the street immediately outside the house.



The area offers excellent swimming, water sports, padel, cycling, and hiking. Granada and the Alhambra are an hour away, and the Sierra Nevada mountains provide skiing in winter and spring.
