Completed in 2010, this luxury villa not only captivates with its modern and spacious ambiance but also offers a breathtaking view that stretches from the lighthouse at Punta Dela Mona, through Almunecar, all the way to Cabo Sacratif near Motril. The sea and the Marina del Este yacht marina are literally at your feet.
Casa Geniol is situated in a completely peaceful location and is the ideal retreat for guests in every season—a place to relax and rejuvenate all your senses, but also an inspiring starting point for the hot summer months, when the Costa Tropical is bustling with life.

The house features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each accommodating two people, with their own terrace and ocean view, as well as a private bathroom with a toilet; the spacious master bedroom on the top floor offers the most spectacular view and complete privacy from the rest of the villa.
The well-stocked, air-conditioned library not only invites you to read and relax, but also provides an additional sleeping area for one person.

On the middle floor of Casa Geniol is the fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen with all amenities and a dining table for 8 people. Through the huge panoramic window, the horizon—which seems close enough to touch—beacons even while you’re having breakfast; two terraces extend this level and, being partially covered, allow for al fresco dining even in bad weather.
The living room, as the central gathering space inside the house, is one of Casa Geniol’s architectural highlights. From the cozy seating area in front of the open fireplace, you can see most of the house; those brave enough can take a leap from the wood-planked terrace into the 4x8-meter pool.
Finally, the light-filled basement houses the wellness area, which features a brick-built steam room, two waterfall showers, a restroom, and a relaxation room with a bathtub and an exercise bike. This area also houses a washing machine and a solid safe, in case you wish to store valuables securely.

When designing the garden surrounding Casa Geniol, great emphasis was placed on Mediterranean charm and privacy. Palm trees, citrus trees, algarobo, and olive trees, as well as jasmine, lavender, and rosemary, flank the modern house and highlight the region’s distinctive charm. The large pool terrace is an ideal spot to soak up the sun or let your thoughts wander out over the sea.
A vacation at Casa Geniol promises guests a true escape against the ever-changing backdrop of the Mediterranean—a luxurious yet minimalist experience that sensitively and powerfully engages all of the visitor’s senses.

Welcome!
