Enjoy the shared outdoor pool, with access limited to 4 passes per apartment. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience after the beach.



From June 15 to September 15, parking at the building is unavailable. There are several nearby streets where you can park easily. Pets are allowed, but smoking and parties are not permitted. As pets are allowed, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens despite regular cleaning between stays. Guests with animal allergies should consider this before booking. Please note the property does not have air conditioning, but there is a heater for winter.
