Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. "This hotel is great. The bed is amazing as had great night sleep. The receptionist was so helpful as she changed me to a ground floor without asking as must have noticed my disability. The rooms are modern and well equipped. Great having coffee station in reception. The diner is excellent. The chicken wings with blue cheese are to die for (be carful as messy!). Had the stacked burger!. Breakfast great selection as my favourite is eggs royale, eggs were perfect!"
