"Lovely hotel. Some problems though. The wine that was ordered to be waiting didn’t come. Because the telephone in the room wasn’t working - which we reported but wasn’t fixed - a long walk to reception to let them know. Restaurant food and service were awful. Lovely spa though. Could be so much better with attention."

"The hotel is very nice I every way…comfortable beds, quiet room, attractive and cozy. It’s only a 12-15 min drive to the airport without feeling like you’re at a basic airport hotel property. Only the restaurant was disappointing, food was mediocre (& we were seated by the kitchen /service door which wasn’t pleasant)."

"Ideal situation nice big rooms bed comfy bathrooms need upgrading no hot water for bath but shower fine toilet took a few flushes when using you pay £10 to use pool and £10to park in grounds breakfast bit dried up as its a buffet very steep hill to get up to hotel."

"Modern, typical Novotel. Comfortable bed, decent shower, friendly reception. We didn't eat there, so cannot comment. We were there for a long weekend in Edinburgh. The tram stop is less than a five minute walk and takes around 20 minutes into the town centre, Our Dalmatian was very happy with the hotel, too - there's plenty of green space around to do a wee."

"Walkable to terminal which is the main draw, my room was in need of maintenance, water temps in bathroom are only warm so no hot showers, also thermostat was locked down so I could not make the room warm."
