"This place was... underwhelming. We were grateful for the air conditioning that worked really well and a comfortable bed. However, the place could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint, and we were concerned by the lack of mattress protector on the bed, mildew on the shower curtain, and what appeared to be a mouse dropping on one of the chairs. The host was very responsive with information at booking and for check in, and it was nice to have a separate entrance."

"The house was very roomy and had everything we needed. It was situated in a new subdivision and very close to most amenities that you might need. It was a quick drive to Barrie and Innisfil beach. The host was easy to get a hold of and ensured we had all the information we needed. We had our dog with us and she was quite happy with the place. There is a small yard for her to spend time outside as well. Overall we had a great stay at this house."

"There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and Lenny was very responsive to all communication. Her home was comfortable and clean. I would recommend her home to any family staying in Barrie. Thank you Lenny!"
