"We booked this hostel more than a month ago and arrived around 8 PM after a one-hour drive from San Sebastián. The parking lot was closed, and when my husband walked to the door, he found it locked. He knocked, but no one answered. Suddenly, a guest from a nearby window informed us that the owner had gone out and that he was alone there (with no other guests). The guest suggested we call the numbers posted on the door. We called, but nobody answered. I immediately canceled our reservation...

There was a muffin. tea and coffee facilities however the coffee machine was not working. Bed and bedding wax wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom had soap and shampoo provided."

"This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. The first was 10 years ago under previous management. The property is in excellent condition as it was the first time I went there. The new owners are very nice people unfriendly and served a very good breakfast. I particularly like the spot because there’s a beautiful little church up on a mountain behind the accommodations that you can walk to and it is very peaceful up there and there are some hiking options as well. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. Ten envían un código de acceso y se quedan tan anchos.Dicen "vistas a la montaña", lo que no dicen es que además a los contenedores de basuta y a los tubos de refrigeración. Nada de...
