"Several electrical outlets did not work. In including front and back porch lights. Twin sized bed so uncomfortable. Granddaughter did not rest. Paint peeling on front and back porch. Musty smell inside house. Only one set of towels per bathroom. Also, towels and washcloths are type used for carwash. Not used for bathing. Jets not working in garden tub. Obvious this home needs refresh to meet vrbo expections. Obviously used for wedding accommodations only. "

"I stayed here in late March on a solo last-minute adventure. I truly had a wonderful time. Jim is a gracious host and excellent communicator.The real highlight of this experience is the amazing land that surrounds the treehouse. The area is perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend taking full advantage of the Nitefall porch as much as possible. All of the other seating areas are wonderful, too. The cold bottled water on the front porch, plentiful (and replenished) ice, and host-filled Tiki...

"Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. It's pet friendly. Everything was great! What I liked most was the communication was great! Any questions I had she answered immediately, and was very kind. The house was absolutely beautiful and the property was amazing!! We had my son's 16th birthday party here and had kids from 9 to 18 and everyone had something to do from fishing, playing volleyball, walking around, roasting marshmallows, ECT. No one ever said "I'm bored" lol....

"Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times."
