"The mattress was so hard. The entryway and the hallways were so hot. It said breakfast was provided, but it was not when housekeeping came around to change trash cans and bring new towels. They did not sweep the room. There was dirt on the floor. There was trash in the bathroom left, and there was not enough towels and wash rags left."
