"We stayed one night as a family of 4 in this very well located apartment on our way from Porto to Lisbon. Apartment was as described and clean. Perfect for a family of 4. There is a supermarket very close, some restaurants and of course the cathedral. It is also 30 minutes from Nazare. Overall, it served our purpose very well. More picturesque than ne economical than staying in Nazare."

"We loved the location, inside the walls; we enjoyed walking along the castle walls and wandering the twisty, old, cobblestone streets. We found excellent cafes and restaurants within Óbidos and did a day trip by bus to Nazaré. However, the 1 bathroom was tiny- it was challenging to even turn around. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper and I didn’t feel comfortable putting in and cleaning my contact lenses over that little sink. "It was so quiet even with being in the middle of town. Walking to everything, the beach and food. Easy check in and garage parking."

"Host was extremely attentive and supportive with an easy check-in process with lockbox access. The host walked us thru the property on the phone and provided various tutorials for the property. The house was historic within the castle walls giving it a relaxed yet authentic ambience. Would recommend this property and host. "

"Pedro was great with communication, the space was exactly as pictured and met our needs for a one night stay. It was good we had a car as it’s a residential neighborhood (very quiet) and there aren’t any restaurants or shops in the area. There is no source of heat but when we asked about that we were provided with an electric heater in short order (late October stay and it was a rainy colder day). My only complaint would be the bed was too hard for us so I didn’t get a good sleep. "

"This was beautiful property, exactly as described, with easy access to Nazare Lighthouse and both the main and north beaches! Grocery options and restaurants nearby. The property is very well maintained and the host was quick to respond to my inquiry as to where to shop and eat. I would definitely stay again if in Nazare."
