"Rooms were dirty and couldn’t get hot water or turn the air down - was freezing. Staff was rude and uncaring - front desk agent yelled at us. Overpriced and under quality accommodations."

"RUN AWAY! Horrible! We were there for a week with a bunch of people. This “resort” was more like a run-down Motel 6. Very dirty and horrible service. Bed sheets had hair and sand in them when we checked in. This shows they didn’t change the sheets before we checked in. Hairs in sink and shower too. The wall below the wall unit air conditioner showed signs of mold. Another room had straight up mold on the air conditioner and wall. Food was less than mediocre. This “Motel 6”-type place charged more than the upscale clean casino resort for the room, food and drinks. Expect to pay $15 for a non-alcoholic drink. They had horrible service and less than mediocre food. Their horrible service is probably due to the fact there’s a mandatory 20% tip in your bill. So they don’t care since they are automatically getting 20% tip. We ordered a pizza that came out literally half the pizza burnt. We told the waitress, and she said it was burnt “just a little bit” and she walked away. She consistently burnt the pizza, didn’t make the drinks right, and told us they didn’t have stuff that they had. So we would only go there if the guy was working and not her. Asked for strawberry syrup on top of my pina colada. She told me they didn’t have the strawberry syrup. So I ordered a strawberry daiquiri and she made that with the non-existent strawberry syrup. They consistently had the property restaurants closed way before the posted closing times because the kitchen decided to close early. The waitres"

"This house is the prettiest on the entire island and directly in front of the prettiest spot on the beach. We loved it!"

"The condo was exactly as described, with extra conveniences like beach towels, chairs, games, books that were unexpected welcome surprises. The infinity pool was a highlight! There were always chairs available and the bar/restaurant on site was so convenient. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. Sylvia, you were an amazing hostess! You exude hospitality and your prompt responses to every message were impressive and appreciated. We wouldn’t change a thing and hope to come back again! "

"We had such a wonderful and enjoyable stay at this home. Everything was exactly as described—if not better! The house was very well kept, and the photos truly reflected the space.Jason went above and beyond with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable. There were pool floats, coolers, thermoses, board games, and even books to read. The home was fully stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels, as well as toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and even hair accessories. I had forgotten my toothbrush, and to my surprise, there was an extra toothbrush and toothpaste available—such a thoughtful touch!Jason’s recommendations for restaurants, excursions, and golf cart rentals were spot on and really enhanced our trip. Anytime we had a question, he responded immediately and was incredibly helpful.Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The location is perfect with easy walking access to everything in Alice Town, plus there was a golf cart available to use for a small additional fee. Jennifer greeted us with fresh bread and showed us around the beautifully furnished and spotless home. We grabbed the provided beach chairs and towels and spent the day on the beautiful beach across from the home. The A/C was cold and the bed was super comfortable. It was only my husband and myself this trip, but with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and large living room and kitchen space, this would be a great spot for a family. Highly recommend, especially if you'd like to avoid the cruise ship crowds on the northern part of the island!"

"The house and location was incredible and just as described in the listing. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute, getting up in the morning and having coffee on the dock and enjoying the sunrise! The house was clean, well-appointed and perfect kitchen for the times when we did cook. We can't say enough great things! And when we had a hiccup with the lock - it was figured out quickly! We would most definitely stay again! "
