"The house itself was absolutely beautiful, and we really loved the property! However, there are definitely a few things that could use some better upkeep and attention.One of the biggest disappointments was that the outdoor shower and bathtub were not working during our stay. These are definitely selling points of the property, so it was disappointing not to be able to enjoy them.Another issue was that all of the water coolers were empty when we arrived, and we didn’t receive water until around 5 PM on our second day.The bugs were also a HUGE issue. I completely understand that we were on an island and bugs are to be expected, so I don’t necessarily fault the owner for that. However, I do think investing in some additional pest control would make a big difference, especially in the back bedroom closest to the water. The bugs were so bad that we were constantly being woken up throughout the night and eventually chose to sleep elsewhere.Overall, the home really is beautiful and has so much potential! With a little more attention to maintenance, pest control, and making sure advertised amenities are functioning properly, it could be an amazing place to stay."

"Our stay in Bimini this past week was incredible, and we are already planning our return.Staying in the main house, we appreciated how fully equipped and comfortable everything was. The beds were comfortable, restrooms were great, and the living area couches offered plenty of cozy cubbies to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an ice maker, water machine, a very useful gas grill, and a dual-mode coffee maker. The internet was also fast and reliable throughout our entire stay.For boaters, this property is an absolute dream. The dock features a great water hookup, but the real lifesavers were the oversized fenders on the east dock. Even though we brought a couple of our own, these heavy-duty house fenders completely saved us—the high-tide wakes from passing boats in the channel can be fierce.The view and location are stunning. A huge highlight was the dock light at night. The sea life right at your feet is spectacular; we loved watching tarpon, nurse sharks, rays, starfish, and conch throughout the day and night.To top it all off, the pre-arrival communication was exceptional. In summary, I don't see a future that doesn't have us coming back, if the owners will have us again"
