"I really do love staying here but this time it was horrible but the staff was able to accommodate my stay. I rented 2 rooms one on the first floor the chair was broken in the room and the shower kept leaking when you showered. We reported the chair they said they would’ve charged us if we didn’t report it. Why doesn’t house keeping just take it out. My second room was on the 4th floor it was infested with roaches. Little German roaches looked like a seen from Joes apartment. Which we didn’t catch til 1 am cause we were out all day. Thankfully they were able to move us into a room on the 2nd floor but we didn’t have a key for it so someone had to be in the room to get key back in . For it being move in weekend for the University kids we just had to roll with the punches that weekend. Love the place been staying here for the past 3 years and this was the first time experiencing this. Other than that great breakfast great staff."
