"I got the extra large room and I noticed a lot of the furniture needed to be replaced. Old, dirty, and broken table, couch, and fridge. Bathroom sink was tiny didn’t have any place to place my toiletries. And most importantly the room needs a portable fan in substitute of an AC. Im a hot sleeper and with no AC it was difficult falling asleep."

"Stayed at this propoerty with my mom and we loved it! Our flight got in late but checking into the room at 2am was very easy. Some of the most comfortable beds we have stayed on and had great amenities in the room. We also ran into the owner on our way out who was very kind and caring and interested to hear about our stay and very receptive to our small feedback for improvements. Also a great location near the Flybus terminal and the main shopping street."

"Accommodations were excellent with a perfect location! The apartment was clean, well stocked (salt, coffee, laundry detergent, etc.), high end finishes, very comfortable bed and pull out couch, and quality toiletries. We did not get an e-mail ahead of time for check-in but our host was there upon arrival and was very communicative through messaging. Thank you for a perfect stay!"

The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. "Fabulous location in Reykjavik. It’s at the quiet end of Laugavegur St, the main tourist area. We could walk everywhere and it is around the corner from bus stop 9 for public buses, excursion pick ups etc. the apartments are immaculately clean, warm, very secure and quiet, great black out curtains and double glazing, very well appointed and really comfortable bed and bedding. Fabulous shower. We missed a toaster and microwave since much of what we picked up from the supermarket was heat and...

"Property is total deception. Room allocated , totally different view from pictures . Toilet exhaust does not work, room with no view. Scam to charge extra for checkin before 3 while checkout at 10 am. This property will scam you by showing rosy pictures , and then giv8ng u different property in the name of upgrade / excuses . Intentionally they have only term of non-cancellation . Totally avoidable. Dont fall for view pictures as all are fake and nothing from room"
