"From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team and the head of housekeeping. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive and inviting atmosphere. "The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. We arrived late due to the snow delaying us with blocked roads, and detours. The restaurant had closed, but they opened it up for us. The fish and chips were great. Great full Scottish breakfast set us up for the day. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again if up that way. The staff are very friendly and could not do enough to help. "
