The front desk staff were the most friendly, gracious and helpful of all staff we have encountered in nearly six weeks of European travel. The hotel is in a quiet area of the very pleasant city of Loulé within easy walking distance of the historic old narrow street part of the town. In addition to typical breakfast food, included was a delightful selection of fresh fruit and an excellent espresso or café machine.

A few tiny gripes: there is no heated pool or jacuzzi, linens are done every 3rd day and only 1 towel per person is supplied. This hotel was wonderful !! The property is gorgeous and the beach is stunning! The hotel is very well kept, super clean, and well organized. The restaurants are great. Breakfast buffet was great options and quality and dinner options were amazing. Cocktails are the best! Properly made not just syrup. The pools were clean and actually heated. My kids loved playing. Overall a wonderful place to stay.
