"The room was great good view "

"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key. Guests need to walk few mins under the sun to get to the pool and parking area.condo lobby in tower 2 is hot, not a welcoming temp, seems the ac is not working.upon booking, the website says...

"Excellent host and place. Must try if you want to explore Tagaytay. The place is well and secured 24/7. Nice and quiet area, close to everything. The host gives elaborate information and very friendly. Thanks!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Avana Hills Tagaytay! We were a group of 10 and had a wonderful stay! The place is clean, new, spacious, and very comfortable. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and air conditioning, which was perfect for our group. The common hallway isn’t air-conditioned, but it was completely fine. "Great experience."

"It’s ok. It was very small. The bed was not comfortable."

"Overall great service. Definetly staying with them again."

"great location, centrally located to all tourist attractions by jeepney or motorcycle, literally dozens of places to eat in a 5 minute radius plus a grocery store less than 5 minutes away if you like to make your own breakfast or later in the night snack. "The location is good very convenient close to all the shops. Nice view . The unit a little outdated but for the price you payed is good enough. "

"This property should not be listed in Expedia nor other booking platforms. We made a booking on behalf of my brother thinking that it's at Pico and the property would be nice. They were upgraded to a two bedroom, but was of a downgrade. Cleanliness and providing basic essentials are part of being a host. NOT this one. Anyhow, they've checked out the next day. "
