Villa Giulia is located in Marina di Novaglie, a charming seaside area near Santa Maria di Leuca and the famous “Ciolo” bridge, set in a wonderful backdrop provided by the Mediterranean scrub and the Adriatic coastline.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests (with 2 extra beds available upon request), making it perfect for groups of friends or families looking to spend a vacation surrounded by the nature and nearby the sea.
The surrounding land, approximately 4000 square meters, offers spacious outdoor areas, including gardens, relaxation zones, and a large private, fenced parking area. Away from the noise of the town center, here you can enjoy peace and natural beauty.
THE HOUSE
Villa Giulia house consists on two floors, covering an area of about 110 square meters:
NIGHT AREA
The lower floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, which is air-conditioned and well-furnished. Here, you will find:
- Three double bedrooms
- A full bathroom with a shower
- An entrance area with two single beds (on request), depending on your group's needs.
LIVING AREA
On the mezzanine level, you will find the living area, designed with spacious, well-organized, and functional areas:
- A welcoming living room with a dining table and a TV corner
- An additional bedroom with two single beds
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with an oven, dishes, and all the necessary accessories for preparing delicious meals
- A functional full bathroom with a shower.
Additionally, the house includes a useful laundry room with a washing machine and storage space.
OUTDOOR AREA
Villa Giulia offers spacious outdoor areas, organized and equipped to allow use at any time of the day.
A large covered patio, furnished with a table and chairs, is the perfect spot for organizing lunches and dinners. The house is surrounded by a tree-lined garden and a pine forest, equipped with a hammock, tables, deck chairs, and sunbeds for enjoying pleasant hours outdoors, even in the evening.
Additionally, there is an organic garden and a convenient stone barbecue, perfect for organizing enjoyable and tasty grills with family or friends.
Finally, the property is completed by a comfortable private, fenced parking area, suitable for multiple cars.

The sea, particularly the enchanting Bay of Marina di Novaglie, with its crystal-clear waters and unspoiled nature, is only 1.5 km away. This small cove provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with cliffs overlooking the sea and Mediterranean vegetation offering breathtaking views.
In addition, the villa is less than 3 km from the town of Corsano, a charming village in southern Salento, located between the Ionian and Adriatic Seas. Within a few minutes' drive, you'll find essential services such as pharmacies, banks, tobacco shops, supermarkets, gyms, craft shops, gas stations, and more.
