"Nacht kamen durch den Notausgang fremde Menschen und feierten auf dem Flur, in dem Zimmer und auf den Balkonen. Es war nur wenige Meter von der Rezeption entfernt und keiner unternahm etwas. "Lovely hotel in a great position in Alfama, can get to most places on foot if you can handle the hills/steps. Staff were really friendly and helpful particularly Carol on breakfast duty and Cape and Sara on front desk.
