Former early 20th-century farmhouse in Aldea del Obispo, Salamanca, just a few kilometers from the Portuguese border—perfect for rural tourism in a privileged natural setting. Fully renovated, it retains the charm of traditional local farmhouses while offering all modern comforts. Set on a private 1,000 m² plot, the house spans nearly 250 m² over two floors: six bedrooms (four en suite), one double bedroom, and a bathroom adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Heating and hot water are provided by an oil boiler.



Common areas include a living-dining room and a spacious, fully equipped open kitchen for up to twelve guests, plus a dedicated workspace for remote work. Outside, you’ll find an integrated porch, private pool (open June 1 to September 15), barbecue area, and on-site parking. Pets are welcome at the owner’s discretion; please consult the host.



The natural surroundings of Aldea del Obispo are ideal for hiking and cycling, with the Border Fortifications Route—featuring defenses from the pre-Roman era to the 18th century—less than 30 km away, and the GR80 trail passing through the village. The gently rolling terrain of the Salamanca region offers many marked trails. Less than 50 meters away, there is a free pickleball court with net, paddles, and balls provided.
