Nice villa

Generally a comfortable stay, with lovely garden and pool. However double bed had noise issues and had to put mattress on floor. Cooker did not work properly. A car is a necessity, the 15 minute walk to town is hazardous and the buses would not always stop at our location.

Family including grandchildren in Alcudia

Very quiet location near beach. The villa is close to Alcudia old town, however, a car is essential. The villa is comfortable for a party of 6 adults and 2 children. The pool was very popular with the children and younger adults. The older members of our part found it difficult to access and exit the pool. The gardens and patio areas were very good with plenty of furniture, including sun beds. Being near a lake, mosquitos were a problem in the early evening. The equipment provided at the villa did not work. We purchased 30 euros of sprays and smoke rings used to be able to sit outside after dusk. The villa kitchen was reasonably well equipped, however, the preparing and chopping knives were too blunt to cut most foods. The weather was good, the beer cold and the villa provided a good accommadation for our family holiday!

A wonderful place for a family with small children.

Marina's house was an absolutely perfect place for our vacation. The pool was beautiful, the yard was perfectly manicured and the house was in a quiet neighborhood far away from the tourist areas to be quiet but close enough to be a short drive away. The dishwasher and washing machine proved invaluable for our two families with young children. Marina's son, Gaspar, met us at the house when we checked in. Even though we got in late, he was incredibly friendly and stayed to give us top-notch recommendations on restaurants, supermarkets and non-tourist trap points of interest. Everyone in our group agreed on two things 1) we have to come back to Mallorca and 2) when we do, we are staying at Marina's again.

Tolles Haus, sehr nette Vermieter, aber es stinkt abends erbärmlich

Wir hatten uns total auf diesen Urlaub gefreut. Bei der Ankunft stimmte (fast) alles. Das Haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch sauber. Der Pool ist prima und die Klimaanlage arbeitete auf Hochtouren. Alles schien perfekt zu sein. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und egal was war, sie waren immer sofort zur Stelle. Was aber ein No Go ist, ist die Tatsache, dass es jeden Abend, egal ob der Wind aus Norden, Osten, Süden, Westen kam oder auch gar kein Wind war, es stank dort dermaßen nach Urin und Kot, dass einem regelrecht schlecht und „kotzübel“ wurde. Man konnte die Uhr danach stellen. Jeden Abend ab 23 Uhr dieser Gestank. Auch wenn es mir sehr Leid um die lieben und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter tut, aber ich kann nur jedem davon abraten, dort Urlaub zu machen.

Lovely villa

The villa was perfect as was the pool area. It was walkable to the old town but did need to get the bus to the maina area. Bus was from end of the road so this was not an issue.

Ohne Mücken ein perfekter Ruheort

Eine super schöne Finca mit allem was man benötigt! Alles sehr sauber und die Besitzerin Marina war mega nett und hat sich um alle Wünsche gesorgt! Mit einem Auto, welches aber auch von Nöten ist, kann man bequem viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen! Empfehlenswert ist der Eroski! Dort findet man alles und man muss nicht in den überfüllten Lidl um die Ecke! Der Strand, welcher nur ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt ist, lädt jetzt nicht unbedingt zum verweilen ein! Für Kite-Surfer ist er allerdings ein Traum! Aber für eine Abkühlung ist er vollkommen ok! Vom Flughafen benötigt man ungefähr 45 min. Ich empfehle eine Autovermietung direkt am Flughafen. Mit dem Anbieter Wiber hatten wir erhebliche Probleme, da unser Flug erst sehr spät ging! Daher haben wir kein Auto mehr bekommen und mussten bei Hertz eines der letzten teuren Autos nehmen! Der Pool bei der Finca war super und wurde nach ein paar Tagen auch gereinigt! Einzig die Mücken sind extrem aggressiv und nervig! Mückenschitz sollte reichlich eingekauft werden! Ansonsten war der Urlaub rundum gelungen!

Lovely villa for our family stay

We had a great time staying in Marina’s villa, she could not have been more helpful and accommodating from the time we booked right through to our departure day. The villa had everything we needed for our stay, was very spacious with three lovely sized bathrooms and comfortable beds. The area is very peaceful so you will need either a rental cats or taxis to get to Alcudia old town or Port de Pollensa. We made use of the pool and the BBQ along with the gorgeous outside space. Thank you Marina for a wonderful time!

Wunderbare Tage zur Entspannung mit Freunden

Ein schönes Haus über zwei Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern und einer großen Küche. Den Esstisch drinnen haben wir nie genutzt, da es morgens schon warm genug für den großen Außentisch zum Frühstücken war. Der Pool war immer eine schöne Erfrischung nach den Ausflügen, die man von Alcudia aus machen kann. Festinstallierter Grill ist auch vorhanden, Handtücher fürs Bad und welche für den Pool und die Liegen. Sofaecke draußen war auch beliebt. Radfahrstrecke (an der Straße) geht fast am Haus entlang, Das Meer ist wenige 100m nah, aber für einen schönen Strand fährt man dann noch ein Stück. Sogar Bushalte wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt.

Schöne Zeit

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Baby in dieser Unterkunft .Und wir wollen unbedingt zurück:) Das Haus ist super schön , sauber , gepflegter Außenbereich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt alles vor Ort und Marina ist zu jederzeit ansprechbar und kümmert sich. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus und dazu noch in einer tollen Lage. Vielen Dank für alles

Wonderful finca
