"Well maintained property. Extremely helpful staff. Spa services and they have their own mall with 7/11, restaurant, 30 minute photoshoot, kayaking and great breakfast each day. Perfect if you do not want to leave the resort but not too far that you can get a tuktuk to go to Mist or Alona Beach. They also offer tour services which was a bonus as it is exclusive to us or your group."

"The customer service was excellent. We had a minor leak, and within minutes of identifying it, the staff arrived to inspect it and promptly transferred us to new rooms. We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional. "This was my 3rd stay at North Zen Villas and it remains a blissful place to be at. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The resort’s SEADS restaurant covers breakfast, lunch and dinner serving delicious food. The sunset view is spectacular from @ NZV as well. Best place to be in Panglao island."
