"For my short stay, it was fantastic. After staying in so many hotels in Europe over the past month, I can easily confuse my room number. I did, and I accidentally paid my breakfast twice (it was already paid in reservation). Once I found about the mistake, staff fixed it swiftly even though it was a busy day. Best part of this hotel for sure is its staff. Great breakfast, and I loved to have a Nespresso machine in my room. Would definitely come back! Only bad thing is that the hot water in the shower stopped after a while. No clue why. 9/10"

"Great quiet location where to locals work and live. Restaurants and shops nearby are not tourist traps, and there are many good choices nearby. You can walk to the bus and subway to get anywhere in town within 30 minutes. The hotel is clean and comfortable."

"This is a very convenient location if you want to stay close to the Lisbon airport. You can easily walk to and from hotel and if you don’t want to walk you can take the shuttle. They have a great breakfast included too. The rooms are clean if not a little dark and the washroom and shower are small but fine. Overall a good choice."
