"We used the breakfast bar and the restaurant the first day. Both were convenient to have, but easy to replace once we explored our nearby options. The Metro was close and we used the shuttle. However leave yourself plenty of time as the shuttle can get backed up during busy hours. We would definitely use the Melia again."

However I have noticed a big change now the hotel is always busy with big groups staying and the staff are doing their best but they have lost the personal touch and friendliness that use to be evident . No one bothers to remember your name or anything else for that matter. It has become quite impersonal and functional. Breakfast is very good and rooms reasonably comfortable but there is room for improvements."
