Villa Laura is an elegant and modern property with a private swimming pool heatable (additional cost), ideal for a relaxing family holiday just minutes from Albufeira Marina.



The spacious and bright living and dining room offers direct access to the outdoor area, creating the perfect setting for socialising. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a double, and a private bathroom.



On the first floor, the villa features a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as two bedrooms with single beds that can be joined to form doubles. This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors.



The lower level includes a games room with a pool table and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub and a convenient laundry room.



The kitchen is modern, functional and fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals with ease and comfort.



Outside, the barbecue and dining area by the pool invite guests to enjoy relaxed meals in a peaceful and private setting.



Located just a few steps from Albufeira Marina and a short drive from Peneco and São Rafael beaches, this villa offers the perfect balance between rest and entertainment, with bars, restaurants and shops nearby.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Lovely Getaway

A beautiful and comfortable place to unwind, perfect for a peaceful break. The surroundings were convenient, and we really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. We also tried a boat tour during our stay, and it was a great addition to the trip, just like the meal we had at the Algarbe restaurant.

Beautiful Villa Laura

Villa Laura is exactly as the pictures show, beautiful, clean with a great location to the Marina, supermarkets and taxis - 5 mins walk. The only complaint is that most of the sunbed need attention or replacing and the 2 twin bedrooms upstairs have no full length mirrors for ladies getting ready

The villa is situated 5 minute walk from the marina of albufeira, 10/15 to old town, it’s perfect in every way. We got married during our stay in the Algarve and the villa was our family home for 2 weeks and it didn’t disappoint. My husband got ready at the villa on the morning of wedding with his groomsmen and the pictures and just stunning so we’ll always remember Villa Laura and we will definitely be back some day soon

Perfect spacious villa for large groups

I organised a 9 people family trip and Villa Laura was amazing, there was enough space for everyone and we were welcomed by an amazing team. Check in was simple and easy even going out at night it was very convenient when we separated at night. I can't recommend Villa Laura any more. Well worth it and highly recommended! Area is perfect for multi-activities, cabs found us quite easily and property Manager gave so much recommendations making our stay busy which is what we wanted.

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic villa, in a great location. We arrived to find the villa spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was available. Excellent support by property team when needed (pool cleaning after sandstorm, issue with safe). Easy check-in and check-out with detailed instructions shared through whatts app. Plenty of room to accommodate all 7 guests. Air con great. Minor points to note - deck chairs could do with being replaced as showing age, games room could be better utilised as huge room with only one pool table in so very echoey (pictures on walls etc would help and maybe dart board and table tennis table!).

The Murphy family

The villa and its location were excellent. It was a short walk to the marina and a four minute drive to Albufeira. We no sooner had entered the villa at 4 pm when the management consultant arrived for a meet and greet which took over 30 minutes and was really unwelcome as we had been travelling for 14 hours and wanted to relax. We had issues with broken sun beds which we reported on the day following our arrival. We were informed that someone would come to assess the beds. We rang every day but no one attended until our 5th day of seven. He condemned 3 out of 8 beds resulting in only 5 of our family able to use a bed. The beds were never replaced. We were advised that the pool would be cleaned during our stay and this did not happen either. We would certainly return to this location and villa only if it were managed efficiently.
