Welcome to our new Villa! Villa Nina 2 is a wonderful space that can accommodate up to 9 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house has everything needed for your holiday. The villa has a pool that sunbathes all day. It is located close to the Marina and within walking distance of beaches such as S.Rafael Beach, Coelha Beach and Arrifes Beach.



On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 suites) and family bathroom.

The Villa's garage is used by someone else - however it does not interfere with the spaces used by the guests - this person does not have access to any space that the guest has rented.

Our guests have access to all areas of the house. They can still use everything in the house. If they need any object or appliance or something more specific, we are ready to help.

The place has a big garden terrace, with a table, loungers and a pool.

On the ground floor there is a big room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning or hygiene products.

It's an excellent villa with air conditioning, free wi-fi and a private swimming pool.



The complex also has a private park.



We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Please note that if you are a customer under the age of 25 or a group to party, you will have to pay a damage deposit upon check in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be returned at the time of check out.

This complex is situated close to the beach, in a quiet area, suitable for tourists and people looking for the retirement of big cities and a paradise close to the beach. The neighborhood is quite serene, surrounded by tourists and old residents.

It is located 2.5 km from the old town of Albufeira.

villa is in an exclusive area where the noise of nightlife and urban stress can not reach. There is a food shop about 10 minutes away where you can get basic products and essences for your holiday. There are several recommended restaurants nearby. Albufeira’s Marina is a 30-minute walk away.

There are some beaches (S. Rafael and Praia dos Arrifes and Praia da Coelha) which can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.Also, is close to a great supermarket called “Apolónia”. Other more complete supermarkets can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car.



There is a bus stop less than 15 minutes away which can take you to the center of the city or to any other place in the city. At this stop still passes the tourist bus that passes through the main sites of our city. There is a taxi rank less than a 10-minute walk away.

This complex has a private parking.



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)
