Villa Azzurra is a charming two-storey house located in the quiet Sesmarias neighborhood in Albufeira, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. It is the ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.



The living and dining area is spacious and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The bright and comfortable space is ideal for moments of relaxation and socializing, while the dining area encourages shared meals with family or friends, with direct access to the outdoors where natural light enhances the atmosphere.



On the ground floor, there is a suite bedroom with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, offering privacy and comfort, along with a guest bathroom with a shower for added convenience during your stay.



Upstairs, the villa has two bedrooms with two single beds each, simply and comfortably decorated. This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and access to a wonderful terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and the pleasant Algarve climate.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, providing everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals with ease.



Outside, guests can enjoy a fantastic private pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days, a barbecue area ideal for outdoor dining, and a ping-pong table for fun and entertainment. The spacious outdoor area offers a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, perfect for making the most of sunny days.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
