"Ascetically speaking this hotel is beautiful with two stunning pools which are clean & well presented. The cabana beds were a perfect touch. The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly & the hotels taxi driver was always on hand. Food & drink selection on the menus was great (quite expensive but big portions & great tasting) and the breakfast buffet was good- but a little repetitive.
In terms of constructive feedback - the rooms are beautiful just not very practical. Although there’s a wardrobe, there are no drawers & a lack of hanging hooks for towels etc. The cleanliness of the rooms also requires a little attention - a hair band had been left on top of the hairdryer which wasn’t mine. We had a leaky shower which was fixed promptly but the wet towels we had used to try and mop up were left on the floor and not replaced. There were lots of chips in the plates (probably because they were too big for the dishwasher) but these can harbour germs. Breakfast buffet items were left out without anything to keep them cold. This hotel is in its infancy and these are only minor points which can be easily sorted. We would 100% stay here again."
