Everything was clean, well-designed, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is also great — quiet yet convenient, with easy access to the main sights in Granada. What truly made my stay special was the hotel staff. The reception team was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us with calling a taxi and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Their warm and attentive service really exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Spacious loft-style rooms, a great location, and outstanding staff. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Smart Suites Granada to anyone visiting the city!"

The staff, especially Maya, are so welcoming and helpful, they speak very good english. I couldnt say enough good things about this hotel"

"Was a total splurge but so worth it. The room views of the city through the keyhole window were epic. The check in was elite and we felt so special. Great location to walk to the Alhambra. Only downside was the long, stepped walk back up each night but we knew that when we booked it and it wasn’t really that bad. "
