"Tuvimos que irnos debido a la humedad que había en el apartamento que, junto con la falta de limpieza, nos forzó a tener que cambiarnos.
Viejo, húmedo y sucio.
Eso sí, el personal muy muy amable y comprensivo.
No hubo ninguna pega en cancelar la reserva. Si mejoran esos aspectos, el resto bien."

"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided.
