"Not worth the money. Mouse problem in the lobby. Downstairs restaurant is not open. Was told the coffee shop was going to open at 7am 7:20am still not open then the front desk said sorry it’s closed for the day because someone didn’t come to work. Valet was unorganized, front desk staff had zero desire to help. I called the front desk to get our car out of valet 20 min in advance and it seemed to be a huge inconvenience that I was calling. Apparently valet was supposed to give us a QR code which we never got. Took forever to drop our car and get it out of valet. At one point valet couldn’t find our keys.The system went down for key cards. No hospitality from the staff they are all there just for the paycheck. Shower floor in the room was gross. So disappointing especially because we just stayed at the Wilbur Litiz in Pennsylvania and loved it."
