"Pool and restaurants at hotel are good and staff was great. The hotel rooms leave a lot to desire they are old and run down our balcony rail was loose and unsafe room sliding door was loose. Very unsafe "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the room was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept great. Everything was very clean, and you can feel the high level of service. "The rooms are expensive and very sparse. There were no water bottles provided. There was no microwave. For the price I would expect more. They also charge $150/day extra for ‘amenities’ which ‘will be refunded if unused’ in 4-6 days. Ridiculous. "

"The breakfast was good. They had waffles and other pastries, bagels and oatmeal and cereal. We really appreciated that they had almond milk available The hot tub was not working during our stay. There was a sign on th door that looks like it’s been there a while saying that the hot tub was out of service. But they do have a heated pool and we went swimming at night and the pool was nice. The rooms were clean and a great size and the air conditioning worked excellent. The place was nice and quiet at all hours of the day. The staff was all extremely nice and helpful and made sure that we had the accommodations we needed for wheelchair access. The outside property is a bit dated and could use some work but that is the only thing I saw wrong with the place. I would definitely stay there again"
