"Very good reception and welcoming Lunch and dinner buffets are great value. Hotel is clean and pools are organized. Things to consider for improvement, beds are not much comfy, Sauna and Steam should be part of basic room subscription for such a resort, needs more activities around the pools and at night after pools closure. However, overall stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed the family stay, advise to book here."

"Marah and Obaydah at the reception were supper helpful. They helped us check in we were about 12 guests. Walked us through the facilities and services. Marah was so patient and friendly throughout the process. Had a smile on her face the entire time. The staff throughout the resort were fantastic and supper friendly. Breakfast and dinner had variety of options definitely worth paying for it. "

"The room was big and quite comfortable with a big comfortable bed with bed sheets, and 2 sofas, small table and refrigerator. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, the furniture were old and used. The kettle did not work, there was no mirror in the bathroom. Hotel is far from the sea, and main road and located in the lonely place. No regular parking near hotel. The air conditioning had a fault and the temperature could not be adjusted. We spent there 1 night, so we could turn a blind eye...
