"Room was fantastic and housekeeping service was amazing. Swimming pool was dirty and full of kids even seperate pool was alloted for kids. Jaccuzi was not working since i start coming here from last year. Breakfast buffet was a complete joke. No dessert, no Arabic variety. Just Indian cuisine which is not acceptable. "

Bathroom towels were not changed during my stay, and the flush system in the bathroom was not working properly. Overall room maintenance was below average, and the service from the staff was also disappointing. Requests were not handled properly, and there was a lack of attention to guest comfort. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. "
