"The property is gorgeous. I stayed in one of the apartments, which was huge and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is a short, uber ride away. Employees were very attentive and professional. Excellent stay. The only thing to pay attention to is the name of the hotel. When you book on Orbitz, the hotel is called "the Apartments" but actually it's the Intercontinental Jeddah."The Apartments" is just one of the buildings in the complex. "Absolutely fabulous hotel. All of the staff were very attentive. The restaurant staff were exceptional. The room attendants were very thoughtful. The room was excellent. The bed was comfortable. And they were gracious enough to allow us a late checkout. Overall, an enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend this hotel. "
