"We had a fabulous stay here myself and adult daughter. The hotel was set in à beautiful area with lots to see (although you really need a car to get around and make the most of the area). The staff were exceptional even to the extent of posting on my daughter’s headphones which she accidentally left behind. The food was fantastic both dinner and breakfast. The highlight was the onsen which had a wonderful view over the river. Cannot recommend this enough"

"Dinner and Breakfast included. Both meals were sensational! As a family of 3 from Australia with a young child we felt very welcomed and the staff super helpful despite our lack of language skills. We stayed here in order to ride the Pokemon with You train and the 2 nights were brilliant!"

"This was an excellent onsen hotel (we've stayed in quite a few). The room we had (Japanese style room with open air bath) was spacious, even for a family of four and included a small garden area as well as the bath. The food was exceptional - and served by incredibly friendly and helpful staff who our daughters loved engaging with. There were toys for the children that could be taken to the room and they also enjoyed watching the goldfish that swim in the indoor 'river' in the reception area....

"The hotel located nearby the train station. It is combined with the annex hotel and guests could enjoy the onsen in both hotels. I did not aware that my room was not contained with bath room and we need to shower in the onsen area. There is private onsen in first come first serve in the annex hotel. Anyway, it is a good hotel with comfortable and relax environment. I had a good sleep there. The breakfast also very rich and had variety food. "
