"Beautiful hotel. Great value. Great amenitiies. Check in on 7/14 was slow but this may be due to later check in around 10:45 pm. Hotel staff was all smiles with four or five people walking around and noone seemed to be in a hurry but this may have been due to a change in shift. Check out at 5:45 am to catch first free airport shuttle which left promptly at 6:00 am and got to Terminal 2 (after dropping off those at Terminal 1) around 6:17 am. Flight left at 7 am but I still made it. Madrid...

"The bed was comfortable, and the room met our basic needs. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful. They gave us poor directions to a nearby restaurant and seemed annoyed when we asked for additional clarification. The breakfast buffet was also overpriced for the limited selection offered. If you're staying here before a flight, I'd recommend skipping the hotel breakfast and eating at the airport instead."

"The rooms were well equipped. Staff spoke clear English, very easy to communicate. Parking on site s challenging as it requires navigating a very narrow ramp. Had room service, the food delivery was on time, and OK, I would order it again if I needed."
