10 minutes (2.6 km) from the city center of Aix en Provence (Cours Mirabeau), a housing of 200 m2 on the first floor of a country house of the 18th century, within a farm of 20 ha.
The enclosed garden of 4000 m2 and the swimming pool of 14m x 6m are exclusively reserved for the tenant's use. The ground floor of the bastide is unoccupied.
The second floor is occupied by tenants who rent year-round, who enter through another entrance and whom you will only encounter a few times on the stairs.
