"This hotel is not what is implied on Expedia. this is a "love hotel" intended for sexual encounters, something we found out after the fact exists in Japan. the doors to the rooms are locked, and cannot be opened from inside. the rooms have condoms and other sexual devices on hand. To leave you room you had to call someone at the front desk (or some back room), at which point they could let you out. They also only spoke Japanese. "The hotel is on the end of a subway line but it’s a block away. It’s the same line that takes you directly to Nagoya station. So convenient. The rooms were small but not unmanageable, pretty typical Japanese stuff. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel so far in Japan. There’s washers and dryers, Japanese baths, and it’s just a nice little compact hotel with terrific amenities. I would definitely stay there again."

"WiFi kept stalling every couple of minutes made it very frustrating, as I needed to research things for the rest of my trip. No under bed storage is a bummer but there was just enough space to leave the suitcase open on the floor. Room wasn't level or something because the bathroom door could not stay open and would silently close by itself all the time which led me to running into it many times.
