Rustic Treehouse - Aireys Inlet

Located on a bush block in Aireys, surround yourself in nature and relax in our rustic home, nestled amongst the trees. The upper living area, with log cabin vibes, feels uniquely like a treehouse! Cosy up to the wood fire and look out for the colourful birds and kangaroo's who come to visit. You will love: the large upper deck, wood pit, and spacious feel of the home (with 2 living areas), this home is ideal for any guest who loves the outdoors, nature and beach walks.

A unique two story home, located in a quiet bushy neighbourhood. The upper level is the the main living and kitchen area, so you must climb stairs to access the kitchen.

Upper level:
- open plan living/dining/kitchen with open fire, please note the TV is not smart, there are plenty of DVDs to watch though.
- 2 x queen rooms
- 1 x ensuite bathroom

Ground floor
- 1 x queen room
- 1 x queen room with a bunk (double at bottom) BYO LINEN FOR THE BUNK
- 1 x laundry with washer/dryer & shower
- 1 x bathroom with bath
- 1 x separate living room with TV (please note - not a smart TV)

This home has a rustic & retro feel to it, and is kitted out with guests in mind.

Heating/cooling: Upstairs there is a split system in living area & log fire, plus fans in the bedrooms. Downstairs we have wall heaters in each room and pedestal fans.

We have a porta cot, high chair and foldable pushchair for travellers with infants.

Wood for the fire provided at the home.

DOGS
We accept 1 pet only, we ask that you bring a dog bed, don't allow dogs on beds/furniture and take note that boundaries are NOT fenced. Please don't let your dogs chase the kangaroo's! We'd like them to keep visiting.

Access to everything the home has to offer.

I prefer to communicate via the Airbnb app or phone.

***Please note that due to fire restrictions & the bush surroundings the outside fire pit is strictly not in use from the 1st of November to the 30th of April***

There is another home at the front of the property sometimes habited by the owners (although a good distance away to maintain privacy).

CLEANING FEE INCLUDES BED LINEN & TOWELS FOR QUEEN BEDS ONLY, BYO LINEN & TOWELS FOR THE BUNK BED

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
- Strictly 1 pet only please.
- No schoolies or extra guests over 11
- Strictly no parties or loud music at any time of the day the neighbours will notify us.
- Strictly no fire pit use from the 1st of November to the 30th of April, due to fire restrictions & the high risk bush fire zone we live in.
