"Nice large room. Bay window Excellent location for getting round! We had an en-suite- slightly dated! Shower was good. Bath taps didn’t work but that was not an issue unless one needed to use the bath. Could do with some refreshing! Stocked well with a proper coffee machine and pods, electric kettle. Even a fan! Clean towels. Rooms aren’t made up daily, but then it was good value with my points. Lots of restaurants one could walk to for dinner! Breakfast was available but not included in the price of our room. Location was great. Just by the ferry terminal! Unfortunately there was a bus strike so can’t comment on other travel!"

"The room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay although I complained. The musty smell on the 1st floor was horrid and the breakfast was a disaster. The staff had no idea about food allergens and when asked is this gluten free the response was I think so and walked off. Shocking stay."

"The stay was excellent. Room was great and complete with a small office room that gave me chance to work efficiently. That was a great suprise and very welcome. Food was excellent as well making the stay a complete success and very pleasant. "
