"Room 103 had a view of mount etna and we watched it from the balcony during an eruption. What an experience! The pool area was clean, breakfast was cooked to order, wifi good and parking plentiful. The only downside is that dinner didn't start until 19:30. That is normal in italy but there was also no where in walking distance to eat. We drove to a lovely pizza shop nearby called salvos because I cannot eat that late."

"What an incredible place! So much history, character and charm! It has a great location in the countryside with a lovely view. Its so quiet and peaceful and sitting out by the pool at sunset was lovely. Best of all: AC, wifi a big breakfast and a balcony. If you love cats like we do, there are a little family around the bins the appreciative a sausage or meat"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice, large and nicely decorated. Our room and balcony were huge. The restaurant seemed nice, but we did not eat there except for coffee in the morning. The only problem is that Google Maps cannot find the way there. We followed the directions, and it took us to a tiny road that deteriorated into nothing but a grassy field. Had we been able to drive further we would have arrived at the back end of the hotel property where there was a locked gate. We found 2 inconspicuous signs for the hotel by chance (not near where Google took us) and accessed the property. That road was nearly impassable as well, but at least it was a road! There is another way from town, but it is not marked and is somewhat complicated. So if you can find the hotel, you’ll like it."

"Great value for the price. The views are stunning, especially at night from multiple terraces. Less than a 10 minute drive to central Piazza Armerina, and there is a supermarket about within walking distance (or a very short drive). This B and B is very welcoming with no codes to enter, time restrictions, or other typical hassles - it was as if we had this large home to ourselves even though there were other guests (who were lodged in different parts of the large home). The host, Luciano, and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast, that included interesting cheeses, meats, eggs, cornetti, and coffees, was excellent. The air conditioning and showers functioned well. We could store our wine and other drinks in the common refrigerator with easy access. I highly recommend this place."

"We spent a wonderful week this March at Podere dell’Etna Segreta, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Even with a touch of winter still in the landscape, the beauty and tranquillity of the estate are felt the moment you pass through the gate and approach the main house. Each room has its own fireplace, with wood thoughtfully provided, adding warmth and charm to the peaceful setting. Above the estate, Etna in Bianco dominates the sky, while the view from the villa’s terrace offers a breathtaking panorama of the landscape below. What makes the place truly special is the care and passion of the Grasso family and their dedicated team, who make you feel more like a guest of the family than a visitor. The chef’s creations are exceptional, making every meal a memorable experience, with new dishes already being meticulously planned for the summer season. All of this gives us the perfect reason to return in summer—to see the podere in a completely different light: vineyards heavy with grapes awaiting the right moment for the vendemmia, olive trees full of fruit, and the joy of dining al fresco on the beautiful terrace whilst taking in the beautiful surroundings. "We enjoyed the welcome cocktail on the terrace, the very clean and well kept rooms, and of course the extremely generous breakfast. The staff was amazing and made the stay even better. A great value for the price."
