"I fully recommend this place eyes closed, 1000%. The service I just can’t describe it. Whenever we needed something we got it right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming. This place is very peaceful. 15 mins away driving from rethymno so if you want to be closer to everything ( restaurants, old town, etc then this place wont be your best choice. Regardless, is worth going. You can make reservations to eat at Kapsaliana hotel."

"Sehr sauber, nettes Personal und der Ausblick aufs Meer wirklich klasse. Einen Stern Abzug allerdings für die Poolzeiten (nur bis 19 Uhr) und den leider erschwert zugänglichen Kiesstrand."

"Unglaublich tolles Familien-Resort! Mehrere Pools, in verschiedenen Größen und auch verschiedene Tiefen damit auch für jedes Kind etwas dabei ist, 1 Minute zu Fuß vom herrlichen Sandstrand der zum Resort dazu gehört, umfangreiches Buffet, sowohl beim Frühstück wie auch bei den anderen Mahlzeiten, unglaublich großartiges Services, sehr freundlich, 100% Weiterempfehlung! Und der Aqua Park der inkl. Ist - ein Highlight für Kinder! Gerne wieder!"

"Amazing place if you want traditional housing and don't mind mountainous roads and you plan to travel into town from the village for eating out. The one taverna that serves food only opens at 2000 and isn't open every day. When they are open though they have Amazing food and the waitress was amazing as well. There's places to get groceries if you want to cook for yourself."
