"This was a unfortunate disappointment. I booked this property based on the pictures and the ratings on Expedia and I can't help but think everyone is lying. The property in general was filthy and outdated. I was so excited about using the balcony hot tub... didn't get in one time because it looked gross. Had a huge tub in the actual room... didn't use it once due to the calcium build up. Rust and calcium build up in the shower as well. The only plus was the wind stopped blowing enough to...

"Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft, Elias und seine Crew sind einfach super. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, saubere Appartments, gepflegtes Ambiente"

"The Ark was a hidden gem on the south side of the island. Away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira, and provided one of the best sunsets on the island. Our alcove table had shelter from the breeze, evening lighting and "perfectly framed" the private October sunset dinner over takeout souvlakia (restaurant - Kantouni, next to the bus stop) over their complimentary glass of wine. The large jacuzzi tub overlooked the water and hillside view. The staff were very kind, thoughtful, and...

"Lo que más me gustó fueron las vistas panorámicas y el desayuno increíble. La señora que los prepara divina total"

"Absolutely loved Santorini Sky! The views, the staff were amazing. They made my 3 days there exceptional. I highly recommend this resort. You will love the sunrise every morning, sunset in the evenings and oh the snacks, breakfast and lunch they offer!"

"We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. The staff were excellent, facilities clean and very well maintained. Bar drinks and snacks better value than outside the hotel, and excellent. Also, we had a round bed- loved it! We will be back again!"

"Lovely, well kept, clean and very convenient. Very central for visiting the entire island."

"The building inside and outside was maintained well and the Palm trees, stone rock and tiles added to how the building was laid out. All the staff and manager cared about my well being including how my trip was going. Breakfast was good with a good selection."

"Very comfortable hotel."

"Property was beautiful.. room was very nice… it was just far away from things to do"

"My wife and I stayed at Aria Suites in Fira from October 7 to October 10, 2026, and it was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The suites themselves are massive, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully laid out with a large, spacious bedroom, a fully equipped big kitchen, and a comfortable living room. Every detail blends traditional Cycladic architecture with top-tier modern facilities. The view from the property is absolute perfection. Sitting on...
